How do I add comments to a Module Report?

Once a Module has been completed a Report is automatically created.  This Report can be shared with the teacher for review.

 

The teacher or facilitator will know they have a Report to review because they will get an Message.  If they click on the message they will be taken to the Report of interest as shown below.

The teacher or facilitator can add comments to this report and the learner will be able to see them immediately.  The image below shows the screen where the teacher can add comments for the students.

The teacher or facilitator will have the opportunity to add comments and add or alter the marks awarded as shown above.

 

Once finished, the teacher can choose to:

Allow the student to see the comments and allow them to make any changes to their answers.
Allow the student to see the comments but not allow them to make any changes to their answers.
