• make sure the customer can clearly see the computer screen when you are doing the analysis, this helps in their understanding of what you are doing and recommending.

• Right clicking on many of the pull down menus gives you the opportunity to create your own list.
• Use the list of screen names in the upper right corner of the software to see where you are in the process.
