27th February, 2008, in Siliconcoach, Sport

At the recent ISPAS (International Society for Performance Analysis in Sport) conference at Headingley Carnegie Stadium, delegates were given an insight into the use of siliconcoach at the highest levels of sport. Martin Laws, International Performance Coach for Trampolining and coach to Gary Smith, finalist in the 2004 Olympics, discussed how he integrates siliconcoach software into training to enhance the performance and monitor the development of his athletes.

Delegates were able to watch Gary’s performance in the Athens final and then see how siliconcoach software was used in the lead up to the event to ensure that technical faults in the routine were kept to an absolute minimum. Afterwards, those attending were able to meet with the siliconcoach UK team in the exhibition area to further discuss the benefits of the products demonstrated.
