In Siliconcoach Live you can:

• Access easy to use video analysis tools;
• Participate in discussion forums with other Team Beds & Luton Zone members;
• Share knowledge, ask questions, receive or give guidance.

This means that you can:

• Upload videos to a private area where you can complete your own analysis
• Post videos to a discussion area within the Team Beds & Luton Zone then give or get advice on that particular movement;

A single user access to the Team Beds & Luton Zone is normally £50 per annum (+ VAT). For those coaches registered on Coaching Beds and Luton, you can access this product with a 15% discount.
